Can we use our own vendors?

Yes. While Field of Faith aims to make your event customizable and budget friendly, it has worked with and partnered with other vendors who can be recommended. However, vendors of your choice are welcome.

What are your parking accommodations?

Field of Faith has on-site parking for 100 vehicles and provides parking attendants.

Where can guests stay overnight?

Field of Faith is in the heart of the Lakes Region of Maine, which offers many AirBnB options, nearby inns and hotels within a 15-minute drive. Tents and RV’s are welcome at the Field of Faith for those who like to “rough it.”

Is event insurance required?

Yes. Field of Faith, in order to protect itself, its owners and operators and its guests from liability, requires that you obtain your own event insurance, which you can do at TheEventHelper.com Please ask about additionally-insured vendors when purchasing.

What is your policy on alcoholic beverages?

Field of Faith is not licensed for alcohol sales and does not supply or serve liquor, but alcohol is permitted on the premises according to Title 28-A, M.R.S.A. Field ofFaith can direct you to and recommend mobile bartending services. “BYOB” is an option with a required permit. Liquor liability insurance is required. Please ask for details.

Does Field of Faith provide the services of an officiant?

Yes. Field of Faith has officiants with a current, valid Maine notary public commission who can perform the ceremony and legally validate it (in compliance with Maine law) by signing the marriage license upon completion of a marriage ceremony. It is the couple’s responsibility to obtain a marriage license from their municipality’s city or town clerk.

How late can we hold our celebration?

A disc jockey or live band must end at 10 p.m. to comply with local noise ordinance. Field of Faith is cleaned up and closed by 11 p.m.
